Our cuisine celebrates the most beloved Venetian Specialties, offering you a sensory journey that begins with the famous Tris Veneziano:
sardines in saor, prawns, and the creamy baccalà mantecato (whipped salt cod), all prepared according to the Serenissima's ancient recipes.
The beating heart of our menu is our Homemade Fresh Pasta. You can enjoy iconic dishes that have made local cuisine famous, such as the essential Spaghetti al Nero di Seppia (cuttlefish ink) and Spaghetti with Clams, or be tempted by our exclusive creations like Scialatielli with Lobster and Paccheri with fresh tuna.
Attentive to every dietary need, we also offer refined Pappardelle with duck ragù scented with orange, also available in a Gluten-Free version.
